My name is Isabella Gomez. I am a final year student in TU Dublin studying Human Resource Management. As part of my final year dissertation with TU Dublin, I am conducting a survey on:

‘An Exploration of Burnout and Turnover Intention Post COVID-19: A Nursing Sector Perspective’
